Earth Day is on April 22nd so not long now but these ideas would work equally well at any time of year as it’s always nice to learn about our planet. You could use these activities and earth day to talk to your children about issues such as recycling, plastic pollution, climate change or any other environmental issue. My eldest has been learning all about recycling and other environmental issues like saving water. I think these really fun activities will build on her school learning.

As a home educator I sometimes run out of steam so great to have some activity suggestions with a theme too #SharingtheBlogLove

I’d not realised it was Earth Day tomorrow! Hopefully a day we can get outside and learn something, but I love these craft ideas. The paper plate ones are really lovely – we have a tonne left over from a party, so the perfect use for them! Thanks for joining us at #SharingtheBlogLove

I didn’t realise it was Earth day until my daughter came home and told me they had done activities at school. These are great ideas and my girls would love them. Thank you for joining us at #SharingtheBlogLove
