Our cloakroom make over

20160920_131112.jpgLast Easter, we refurbished our bathrooms. We have a family bathroom upstairs and a downstairs cloakroom. They were both desperate for replacing and when we bought the house we had planned to do them first. Today I’m going to share with you the downstairs cloakroom and I’ll share the main bathroom with you at a later date.20160920_131059.jpg

our downstairs toilet is the smallest room in the house. It originally had a grey toilet and sink but now it has a modern, white set. I couldn’t be happier with the finished room.20160920_130646.jpg

We chose a corner sink to give us as much space as possible. I opted for a mirrored wall cabinet to give us a bit of storage for things like cleaning products. The prints are cards by the artist Janet Bell that I have framed in Ikea frames. They are both places on Anglesey. The one on the left is my favorite spot, Llanddwyn island.20160920_13064020160920_13073420160920_130751

Thank you. A downstairs look was on my wishlist when we were house hunting. So glad we got one.

With young children, I can’t imagine not having one. I hated the grey but it still wasn’t as bad as our childhood advocado!
