Materials

• Empty toilet paper rolls
• Paint or markers (blue, purple, or any fun color)

Instructions

1. Paint Your Octopus - Start by painting the toilet paper roll in your chosen color. Cover the entire outside and inside of the toilet paper roll. Let it dry completely.
2. Create the Tentacles - Once the paint is dry, use scissors to cut evenly spaced slits around the bottom of the roll. These will become the octopus legs.
3. Bend the Slits - Gently bend each strip outward, so the toilet paper roll will stand up.
4. Add a Face - Use a marker or paint pen to draw eyes and a smile on your octopus. Go simple and sweet, or give each octopus its own silly personality.
   

Variations
