The best colouring supplies for kids
You can use any colouring materials that you have at home. Perhaps your toddler loves * chunky easy grip crayons then if so get those out.
Or perhaps your child likes to use felt tip pens. If so I recommend these * washable felt tip pens.

I’m sure you don’t need ideas for how to use a colouring in sheet but I thought I’d share some of the times that we use colouring sheets with our children as they might be times you haven’t thought of.
Whilst travelling – simply pack these colouring sheets and some colouring supplies in your travel bag and your kids can be kept entertained whilst waiting at the airport or train station or whilst you are on a plane, train or ferry. We also use them in the car. You might like to pack a * clipboard in case you don’t have a table. Better still, these * drawing cases are fantastic (we have an Ikea one each for our kids).

After school/nursery – Colouring is a perfect activity for unwinding after a day of learning.
Whilst camping – Colouring is one of our favourite camping activities for kids. Perfect for when your kids are up too early to play outside the tent.
