This book has 20 original nature stories for kids split up in to each of the seasons. The book is beautifully illustrated throughout. The pages are full of colour too. The short stories are all lovely and the perfect length of preschoolers. Right at the end of the book are some facts about all the different creatures featured in the stories. This is a lovely seasonal fiction book.

Tree, Britta Teckentrup
Britta Teckentrup produces some of the best children’s nature books and Tree is no exception (in fact it might be my favourite). Available in board book and paper back too. This book is stunning with colourful illustrations of a tree through the seasons. We particularly love the cut out bits showing the creatures that call this tree home. Children will love listening to the rhyming verses that make up this book.
